Deal expands Sharp Decisions’ presence into Denver and Phoenix, providing a home base in the Mountain West region March 03, 2016 10:58 AM Eastern Standard Time NEW YORK--( BUSINESS WIRE )--Sharp Decisions, Inc. has announced it has acquired Mountain West staffing firm CN-TEC in an asset purchase transaction. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. With the acquisition of CN-TEC, which will be rebranded and operated under the Sharp Decisions banner, Sharp Decisions establishes a foothold in the Mountain West region with operating centers in Denver, Colo. and Phoenix, Ariz. Post transaction, the company’s headcount now approximates 500, servicing its distinguished client base nationwide. The acquisition also advances Sharp Decisions’ focused growth strategy and expands its presence in the strategic business and technology consulting solutions marketplace. In conjunction with the transaction, Steve Byas and Molly Gravatt, founders of CN-TEC and seasoned industry executives, have joined the Sharp Decisions executive leadership team.
