Brian Melton is a Managing Director of Tenaya Capital. He initially joined the predecessor to Tenaya (Lehman Brothers Venture Partners) in 2000, and co-founded Tenaya in 2009. Previously, Brian was a member of Lehman Brothers' Merchant Banking Group, where he worked in the fund's Hong Kong and New York offices. Prior to joining the Merchant Banking Group, he was a member of Lehman Brothers' Financial Sponsors Group.Brian holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University and a B.S. from Wake Forest University.

Prior to Benchmark, Kevin was founder, president and CEO of Approach Software where he led the development of the world's first end-user client/server database for Windows. Approach Software was purchased by Lotus Development in 1993.Before founding Approach Software, Kevin founded Styleware and pioneered integrated software for the Apple II personal computer. Larry is experienced at scaling Enterprise focused organizations, and is a veteran of four successful outcomes. Two companies have gone public (ATHM and PANW) and two have been acquired (Neoteris and Silver Peak Systems). He is currently the President and CEO of Cequence Security (formerly Stealth Security), the most comprehensive API Security solution. Before Cequence, Larry was SVP of Worldwide Sales for Palo Alto Networks (NYSE: PANW). He closed the first customer in June of 2007 and then over the subsequent 6 years ran Palo Alto's field operations through the successful IPO in July 2012. Prior to his role at Palo Alto Networks Larry was SVP of Sales for Silver Peak Systems. He ran Worldwide Sales at Neoteris from inception thru its acquisition by Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) in April 2004. Prior to Neoteris he ran Enterprise Sales for Excite@Home (Nasdaq: ATHM) from its launch in 1996, through IPO in 1997 and its subsequent merger with Excite in 1999. Earlier in his career, Larry held sales and sales management positions at Silicon Graphics and Hewlett-Packard. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
