Chattly is an app for your smartphone that will enable you to discover a whole bunch of new people that match your interests and are nearby, so you can meet them to share that hobby you have in common or chat about whatever you want. No Sign-up Required, No photo upload, Just take a selfie with the the app and enter your name, select your gender and select the gender you looking for and your interest with the person e.g Going to the cinema, Night club e.t.c Just like in real time. The rules of the game have been redefined. There’s this big sense of rejection from everyone because you have to do so much to get a response.
