Shearman & Sterling: ICIG und WeylChem Group übernehmen Homecare und Prozess-Katalysatoren Geschäftsbereich der Catexel Group By Majunke on November 7, 2018 Shearman & Sterling hat die International Chemical Investors Group (ICIG) und die Weylchem Group beim Kauf des Homecare-, Cellulosics- und Synthesis-Geschäfts der Catexel Group von Unilever Ventures beraten. ICIG ist eine weltweit tätige private Industrieholding mit operativen Unternehmen in der Chemie- und Pharmaindustrie und einem jährlichen Umsatz von mehr als EUR 2 Milliarden. Die Gruppe betreibt derzeit mit insgesamt rd. 6.000 Mitarbeitern 30 Industriestandorte in Deutschland, Belgien, Frankreich, Großbritannien, Italien, den Niederlanden, Polen, der Schweiz und den USA.
