CareAnyware, Inc., a Morrisville-based home health and hospice software provider, was acquired by Atlanta's Brightree. The new company has a combined 500 employees and serves 3,000 companies. Representatives from neither company gave any additional information. CareAnyware was founded by Richard Guerin after his former company, Ehomecare.com, ran out of cash in 2002.
