Carbiotix Thu, Jun 22, 2023 11:00 CET Carbiotix AB's ("Carbiotix" or the "Company") preferential issue of units, with a subscription period ending on June 2, 2023, has now been registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The Company hereby announces that the last day of trading in BTU (paid subscribed unit) is 28 June 2023 and the stop day is 30 June 2023. The first day of trading in warrants of series TO 2 is 4 July 2023. In June 2023, Carbiotix carried out a rights issue which provided the Company with approximately SEK 12 million before issue costs. The rights issue has now been registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office and the last day of trading in BTU is 28 June 2023 and the cut-off date is 30 June 2023. Shares and warrants of series TO 2 are expected to be distributed to the VP account/depot on 4 July 2023. After the Swedish Companies Registration Office's registration of the rights issue, the total number of shares in the Company amounts to 20,736,229 and the share capital to SEK 2,073,622.90. In addition, there are 3,190,188 outstanding warrants of series TO 2. The first day of trading in warrants of series TO 2 is 4 July 2023.
