The 613,000 Broker Warrants are exercisable for shares of common stock of the Company (the “Shares”) at a price of US$0.40 per Share and are set to expire on August 4, 2023. Effective May 8, 2023, the expiry date of such Broker Warrants will be extended by an additional 12 months to August 4, 2024. All other terms of the Broker Warrants, including the exercise price, remain unchanged. The Company and Cantone Research Inc. are dealing at arm’s length.
