Here is a roundup of some of the latest executive-level hirings and exits in the world of digital media business… —NPR: The radio news organization sees a reorg: Kinsey Wilson has been promoted to EVP and chief content officer. Margaret Low Smith will permanently lead NPR News as SVP, a position she has been acting in since January 2011. Wilson first joined NPR in 2008 as SVP/GM of digital media. Smith joined the company 30 years ago, having most recently served as VP of programming.  Eric Nuzum, who had been acting VP for programming, officially moves into that role. Keith Woods, VP of diversity in news and operations will broaden his collaborative work with member stations. —C3 Metrics: Former President and CEO of Nielsen Media Research John Dimling joins the media analytics company as advisor focusing on TV development, as C3 Metric rolls out TV attribution. Previously, Dimling was also chairman of the board for NetRatings and interim chairman of Nielsen Entertainment. —Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia: Gael Towey is assuming a new role as chief integration and creative director, and Kerry Tucker has been promoted to SVP of partner marketing. Both report to MSLO President and COO Lisa Gersh. Prior to this role, Towey oversaw the design and creative teams at MSLO since the company’s inception. Before joining MSLO, Towey was the design director for House and Garden magazine. Prior to working as VP of ad sales marketing, Tucker was VP of strategic sales for CBS (NYSE: CBS) Radio. —Callaway Digital Arts: The interactive mobile apps developer expands its management team: Lisa Holton is VP of content development, Caryl Shaw is executive producer and Joe Ghazal is VP of engineering. No stranger to publishing, Holton was most recently president of scholastic trade publishing. Shaw, who will now lead conceptual and design efforts, was previously executive producer at ngmoco. Software enginering veteran Ghazal was previously COO and VP of engineering of Kontiki. —Twitter: Two Google (NSDQ: GOOG) birds hired with one stone - Google Asia display ad sales head Shailesh Rao is joining Twitter as international revenue VP from San Francisco, while Stephen McIntyre joins from Google’s international self-serve ads team in Ireland to direct Twitter’s soon-to-launch self-serve online sales and operations from Dublin.
