About Business Innovation by Design

Business Innovation Design is a multidisciplinary framework on what and how to innovate and grow. By merging design thinking, business thinking, and futures thinking within 24 blocks, a comprehensive method is enabled through a modular and flexible process. We offer two types of program: 1. Consulting Business Innovation Design Consulting is a 5-months program designed for C-level executives, directors, and managers. Your selected team of innovation champions will partner with our consultants to be guided on what and how to innovate, and orchestrate for business growth in a measurable outcome. 2. Workshop Business Innovation Design Workshop is a customized program designed for entrepreneurs and corporates. Using our collection of 24 modular blocks, mix-and-match blocks to create new combinations of approaches and outcomes. Our facilitators will train your teams in the methods and tools specific to the blocks sequencing co-created together with us.
