Burton Plumbing Services Closes Its Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Add-ons in 2021 November 2021 The Partners of ShoreView are pleased to announce that Burton Plumbing Services, LLC (“Burton”), a ShoreView portfolio company, has recently completed three add-on acquisitions: Blue Dot Services of Kansas (“Blue Dot”), Degree Heating and Air Conditioning (“Degree”), and Hartlaub Plumbing, Inc. (“Hartlaub”). Blue Dot and Hartlaub are both providers of residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. Blue Dot serves the Topeka, Kansas metro area while Haurtlaub serves the Milwaukee, Wisconsin metro area. Degree is a provider of residential and commercial HVAC services to the Lincoln, Nebraska metro area. Headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, Burton is a provider of HVAC and plumbing services to residential and commercial customers. ShoreView invested in Burton in March 2020, and the latest acquisitions represent the fourth, fifth and sixth add-ons completed during ShoreView’s ownership. Each of the acquisitions has expanded Burton’s geographic reach and added meaningful scale to Burton’s field technician staff and service vehicle fleet.
