Why: Cazoo Group said that as part of a strategic review of its European business, they reached an agreement with Aramis Group SA for them to acquire 100% of the capital and voting rights of Cazoo Trading Italy S.p.A., which will be rebranded with immediate effect to brumbrum. Cazoo Trading Italy sells around 1,600 used vehicles B2C each year with annual revenues of around €30 million.
