The Bucharest fibre-optic network operator Netcity Telecom has secured a loan of €55 million from Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR) and BRD Groupe Societe Generale. The banks will act together as the main mandated arrangers and creditors. BCR is also the documentation and guarantee agent, with Erste Group Bank a facility agent. The funding will be used to refinance 100% of Netcity Telecom’s existing debt at the project level and to finance the continuous expansion of the underground fibre network in the Romanian capital. The Netcity network of over 1,760km covers the main parts of Bucharest and connects over 30,000 buildings in the city. It is in continuous development and expected to double its coverage in the next four years.

The financing extended under these instruments can be used for buying cars, equipment or homes with low environmental impact, the bank announced on April 4. "As part of our ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) strategy, we have set ourselves a clear mission to build a better and more sustainable future with our clients. Therefore, we are glad to make a concrete contribution, through this comprehensive range of green loans, to the transition to activities with less carbon dioxide emissions and a reduced impact on the environment," said Anca Nuţiu, Executive Director of the Customer Value Management department. The Expresso Verde credit can be used to purchase both electric or plug-in hybrid cars that generate carbon emissions below 50gCO2 per km. It can also be used for equipment that reduces the carbon footprint or improves the energy efficiency of a building, such as bicycles, scooters, mopeds, electric scooters, solar or photovoltaic panels, heat pumps, including related installations, convectors, heat and electricity storage units produced from renewable sources, double glazed windows, thermal power plants, including installations auxiliaries and boilers, air conditioning equipment.

voice if and you are present in person to the GSM or in case of recording your calls as shareholder. II.WHERE DO WE HAVE THE PERSONAL Data FROM? We process the personal data that you provide Us, directly (e.g. through your requests to add new points on the agenda of the GSM, participation to the GSM or by correspondence on mail or electronic correspondence) or indirectly (e.g. through empowered or other persons representing you in your relationship as shareholder with the Bank, such as, persons who are entrusted with the exercise of parental/ tutorial authority), or Central Depositary as register company for the Bank.
