New York City, NY – Marcum LLP , a top national accounting and advisory firm, today announced a merger with Braver PC, a full-service regional accounting firm with offices in Needham, MA, and Providence, RI. Effective January 1, three Braver divisions, including Accounting, Business Strategies and Valuation Services, joined Marcum. Ranked among the top firms in New England, Braver offered accounting, tax, assurance, business and consulting services to family-owned and privately-held businesses, as well as not-for-profit and governmental organizations and individuals. The Firm specialized in supporting the evolving needs of businesses and organizations as they grow. Fourteen Braver partners and over 100 staff have joined Marcum. By adding Braver’s Needham and Providence offices to the Firm, Marcum’s New England region now has six locations.
