The deal will create a £12.5m turnover Manchester-based digital commerce group employing 170 staff. Dark Matter Commerce was created in 2021, after BigCommerce and Space 48 received backing from private equity investor, Foresight. That led to the acquisition of York’s Brave the Skies last year.
