PetsDx Veterinary Imaging, Inc. is engaged in veterinary medicine and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). PetsDX works with local veterinarians.
Cellatope is a cell analysis company that is developing research and diagnostic products and services in the field of autoimmune and inflammatory disease, with an initial focus on lupus and transplant medicine.
Celsense is a biotechnology company offering MRI agents that allow scientists and clinicians to monitor the location and quantity of transplanted cells. The company's products have application in the fields of regenerative medicine, immunotherapy, and the study of inflammation and immune system response. Celsense is currently collaborating with pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations and is developing products suitable for human use.
Imagimed is a provider of diagnostic imaging services with thirteen freestanding, outpatient magnetic resonance imaging ("MRI") facilities in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New York.

EXCMR develops medical devices to enhance cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The company has developed an MRI-compatible treadmill that aims to allow cardiovascular exercise stress testing with MRI, giving doctors pictures of the heart immediately following peak exercise stress. MRI shows both heart function and perfusion (blood flow to the heart muscle) with higher resolution and clarity than available with other imaging tests. Symptoms, like chest pain, caused by coronary artery blockages often can be reproduced only with exercise-induced stress. Images of the heart taken immediately after exercise allow doctors to examine the pumping action and blood flow at rest and stress to more accurately determine the cause of symptoms. The MRI-compatible treadmill aims to allow for the first time the combination of exercise stress testing with magnetic resonance imaging. EXCMR was specifically formed to provide commercial production and distribution of the treadmill.
Neurognostics is engaged in the commercialization of functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) technologies for early diagnosis of central nervous system (CNS) disorders and support of new pharmaceutical therapeutic development.
