Gen Cap America Partners with Management to Acquire BloApCo

January 4, 2019 Nashville, Tenn., January 4, 2019 – Gen Cap America, Inc. announced today that it has partnered with management in its acquisition of Blower Application Company, Inc. (BloApCo), a Southeastern Wisconsin-based specialty manufacturer of shredders, fans, and other scrap handling and pneumatic conveying equipment. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. “We are excited to have the opportunity to partner with BloApCo’s top notch management team in this investment,” commented Gen Cap America Managing Director Matt Lane. “We look forward to working with senior management while they continue to build on their long track record of providing exceptional quality and service to their customers around the globe.” Founded in 1933, BloApCo designs and manufactures highly engineered solid waste and scrap handling systems and process equipment. BloApCo’s products include shredding systems, trim handling systems, material handling fans, and conveying systems primarily utilized in the paper, packaging, and corrugated industries.
