Message : Meeting (AGM) Notice Umeme Limited (the Company) hereby informs its shareholders and the general public that at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held as a hybrid meeting (partly physical and partly virtual using electronic means), on Thursday 18th May, 2023, the shareholders passed the following resolutions: Ordinary Resolutions Receipt and adoption of the annual audited financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2022, including the reports of the Directors and External Auditors. Declaration of a final dividend of Ugx 63.9 per ordinary share. Re-appointmentof Ernst & Young Uganda as External Auditors of the Company for the year 2023. Re-electionof Mr. Patrick Bitature as a Non-Executive Director. Re-electionof Hon. Gerald Ssendaula as a Non-Executive Director. Dividend The dividend, which is subject to withholding tax, will be paid on or about 20th July, 2023 to shareholders whose names appear on the Company's register at close of business on 30th June 2023.
