Delaware Investments announces the completion of Bennett Lawrence Management, LLC acquisition Team joins as Delaware Investments Small/Mid-Cap Growth team February 01, 2016 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time PHILADELPHIA--( BUSINESS WIRE )--Macquarie Group’s Delaware Investments has successfully completed the acquisition of Bennett Lawrence Management, LLC. As previously announced , the team of experienced domestic growth investment managers with more than $300 million in assets under management* focuses on developing small- and mid-cap growth strategies. Chief investment officer, Alexander Ely, leads the Delaware Investments Small/Mid-Cap Growth team, which is based in New York. Ely, who reports to Shawn Lytle, president of Delaware Investments, manages the small- and mid-cap growth strategies and serves as co-portfolio manager on the all-cap growth strategy. Van Schreiber, co-founder of Bennett Lawrence Management with Jane Fisher, joins Delaware as senior portfolio manager, serving the team’s all-cap growth clients, while Fisher serves as the team’s investment specialist.
