Bird & Bird nella cessione della maggioranza di Be Your Essence a Be Shaping the Future Bird & Bird nella cessione della maggioranza di Be Your Essence a Be Shaping the Future Bird & Bird ha assistito Oscar Di Montigny, imprenditore, chief innovation, sustainability & value strategy officer di Banca Mediolanum nonché presidente di Flowe, nell’accordo per la cessione della maggioranza del capitale di Be Your Essence, startup innovativa a vocazione sociale (SIAVS) e B-Corporation specializzata in progetti consulenziali di innovability (innovation for sustainability), a Be Shaping the Future, società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana e attiva nell’ambito dei servizi professionali per il settore finanziario. Bird & Bird ha agito al fianco di Oscar Di Montigny con un team guidato dal partner Stefano Silvestri coadiuvato dalla senior associate Linda Pietrostefani (nella foto). Sebastiano Fedetto dello studio Fedetto e Associati ha assistito il venditore per i profili fiscali. Per l’acquirente l’operazione è stata seguita dal team legale interno di Be Shaping the Future, coordinato dal general counsel Massimo Leopizzi.
