BullsEye Telecom Buys Bandwave Systems in Broadband Team-Up

BullsEye Telecom is deepening its broadband services and expertise with the acquisition of Bandwave Systems. BullsEye announced the purchase of the broadband aggregator on Tuesday. The deal increases both companies’ services and capabilities, creating “one of the most comprehensive telecommunications service offerings.” BullsEye Telecom’s Tom Tisko “Today marks a significant step for BullsEye as we continue to accelerate our growth and our continued commitment to our partners and clients by providing the best products, the best people and the best services coupled with our unparalleled commitment to an exceptional client experience,” said BullsEye President and CEO Tom Tisko. Background Bandwave maintains wholesale relationships with various telcos, cable companies and wireless providers. It can provide last-mile connectivity anywhere in North America, according to Azelby. Its target customers range from 25 to 1,000 locations. “If they have a lot of brick and mortar spread out across the country, then Bandwave could be the solution,” Azelby told Channel Partners in 2018. “Because we can bring in all this connectivity for them with one contract, one bill and one support.” Keep up with the latest channel-impacting mergers and acquisitions in our M&A roundup . Bandwave landed on the Inc. 5000 for the sixth consecutive year in 2020. The company cited 120% three-year growth.
