Having finished runner-up to fellow finalist and beauty entrepreneur Leah Totton on the BBC's The Apprentice earlier in the summer, Zissmann's wholesale baking products business is now charged for growth. The investment has been made by the Angels Den network, a group of European and Asian investors. Commenting on why she decided on the funding route, Zissman says, 'Angels Den gives people like me the opportunity to reach out to investors.
