Steve brings more than 25 years of telecommunications and enterprise networking experience to Aylus. “We are delighted to welcome Steve to our management team,” said Mark Edwards, CEO of Aylus Networks. “Steve comes to us with a very strong background in developing and delivering scalable, high-availability network solutions. His expertise in product development and management will be a great asset as we expand our live mobile video solutions for mobile operators, service providers and communications infrastructure providers.” Prior to joining Aylus Networks, Steve was a Program Director for IBM in their mergers and acquisition department. He joined IBM as part of the Micromuse acquisition, shortly before which Micromuse had acquired Quallaby Corporation, where he was VP of Development. Quallaby was the leading provider of network performance management software for service providers and large enterprises. Prior to Quallaby, Steve held product development and professional services management positions at Nortel Networks, Bay Networks, Cabletron Systems, Memotec Datacom and AT&T Bell Laboratories. “I am thrilled to join the Aylus Networks management team,” said Steve Ball. “Aylus is responsible for many firsts in the marketplace. The Aylus mobile video infrastructure software delivers mobile video communications at scale and in a way that can be monetized by mobile operators, service providers and communications infrastructure providers alike.
