The 24/7 mobile platform simplifies traditional talent-facing workflows by providing a seamless integration with the ATS and a single standard mobile interface. Regardless of the number of modules a client requests, the standard 24/7 mobile application can be live for AviontéBOLD customers within a few days. The newly added functionality works seamlessly with existing ATS workflows. Deployment to talent is equally simple. Upon going live, the 24/7 mobile app can be pushed to the entire active AviontéBOLD talent database provided that each talent record includes a mobile phone number linked to an IOS or Android phone. A Smartlink text allows users to download the app and authenticate without having to establish a separate login ID and password. Staffing agencies need only deploy the mobile app once, but as they roll out additional 24/7 application modules, their talent will have instant access to the new functionality with the same easy-to-use interface. Avionté aims for clients to leverage the entire suite of bundled modules. However, each module can stand on its own, and clients can expand their app portfolio at the pace that makes sense for business.
