It ensures continuity of care by sharing discharge information across the care team, using Global Health’s ReferralNet Secure Message Delivery platform. Deployed within the MasterCare multi-tenanted SaaS platform hosted on Microsoft Azure, the module also helps adopters ensure compliance with the accreditation and legislative requirements of the Australian Digital Health Agency for hospitals. MasterCare Discharge Summary is integrated via the MasterCare FHIR Interoperability platform to existing MasterCare PAS customers. Medi-Map introduces single sign-on feature Medi-Map has released a single sign-on feature on its electronic medication management platform in Australia and New Zealand. According to a media release, Medi-Map users can now do away with having multiple usernames and passwords as the SSO feature allows them to use their organisation login credentials instead.
