0 Message : 81 000 Podgorica ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE INSTIGATING OF BANKRUPTCY PROCEEDING AGAINST 'ATLAS BANK' AD PODGORICA Pursuant to Article 14 paragraph 1 point 3 of the Central Bank of Montenegro Law (OGM 40/10, 46/10, 06/13, 70/17), article 7 paragraph 1 of the Law on Bank Bankruptcy and Liquidation (OGRM 47/01, OGM 62/08, 44/10) and Article 17 of the Statute of the Central Bank of Montenegro (OGM 83/17), on 5 April 2019, the Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro adopted the Decision on instigating bankruptcy proceeding against 'ATLAS BANK' AD PODGORICA no. 0101-3292-4/2019. Mirko Radonjić, a graduate economist from Podgorica has been appointed the bankruptcy administrator of Atlas Bank AD Podgorica. We hereby invite the creditors of Atlas Bank AD Podgorica in Bankruptcy to report their claims including their evidence to bankruptcy administrator, at the address Ulica Vaka Đurovića BB, 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro, within 30 days following the day of the publication of this Announcement in the Official Gazette of Montenegro. The creditors' claims recorded in the business records of Atlas Bank AD Podgorica in Bankruptcy and the claims of creditors determined by the valid judicial decisions shall be considered reported by virtue of law. The creditors are warned that untimely submitted reports shall be rejected. Debtors of Atlas Bank AD Podgorica in Bankruptcy are invited to settle their debts without delay.
