Orrick has advised Axa Investment Managers – Real Assets and Crédit Agricole Assurances in their acquisition from DIF of 9.2% of the stake and voting right of Atlandes. DIF IV, a Dutch fund, has fully exited the asset. AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets and Crédit Agricole Assurances now hold a majority of the capital and voting rights in Atlandes. The remaining stake is held by other infrastructure investors. Atlandes is a public limited company created in 2010 to set up the concession contract of the A63 motorway. The toll road project is a 40-year concession to upgrade 104 kilometers section of the A63 motorway in the southwest of France. Orrick advised with a team including Patrick Tardivy (Picture) and Lara Donnedieu de Vabres for M&A aspects, Amaury de Feydeau for finance aspects, Jean-Luc Champy and Quirec de Kersauson for public law aspects, and Patrick Hubert, Lena Boucon and Martin Ellie for antitrust aspects.
