Sept. 12, 2022 Arbor Bank, a Nebraska bank founded in 1865, is partnering with The CorePoint, a deposit pricing software provider, to refresh its deposit strategy and deliver personalized savings program. The bank has deployed The CorePoint CoreCD platform to automate certificate of deposit pricing, according to a press release. With CoreCD, banks can deliver a web-based browser experience for selling certificate of deposits. "Doing things differently is kind of our wheelhouse, and we loved that The CorePoint was bringing innovation to deposit products and would work with us to bring innovation to our CD products," Melissa Turner, VP of deposit services for Arbor Bank, said in the release. "The CorePoint team became familiar with our strategic initiatives and aligned the software with our objectives. Not only did they train our front line team on how to use the powerful software, but they helped us change the way we work with customers to enhance their experience and deliver personalized product offerings. The software allows for the front line to make better-informed decisions and one of the great benefits was that it made our front line teams feel more empowered and helped make us a stronger bank."
