The combination of the 'Apollo Lead Cobalt Battery' and 'Apollo Alkaline Fuel Cell' can provide a Propulsion System for an electric car which will enable that car to drive continuously without external recharging; and will provide a Power Plant System to give electricity to a home, farm, hotel or commercial establishment without use of the outside grid supplied by electric utility companies.
