Brad Waugh

Mr. Waugh has a strong background in both healthcare and financial services. He is currently the President and CEO of NaviNet, a leading provider of business process communications solutions to the healthcare industry. In this role, he is focused on continued expansion of NaviNet�s national provider network, delivering innovative solutions to the payer community and enhancing the financial management capabilities of the company�s NaviNet technology platform.Mr. Waugh�s career as a successful entrepreneur and executive includes experience in healthcare, financial services and information technology. Prior to joining NaviNet, Mr. Waugh served as U.S. president and chief executive officer of Wincor-Nixdorf, a $2.6 billion financial services firm focused on the ATM and POS marketplace. In 2000, Mr. Waugh founded Watch Hill Partners, Inc., a company focused on CRM optimization and mobility of Fortune 1000 companies. Watch Hill Partners was sold to MasterCard International in May 2004 as part of a new consulting unit, MasterCard Advisors.Mr. Waugh currently serves on the boards of Antenna Software, Point Judith Capital and REVAL. Mr. Waugh previously served on the boards of the RI Convention Center Authority, the Narragansett Bay Commission, ArcStream Solutions (sold to Keane) and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. Mr. Waugh is the founder and past president of the RI Technology Council and a past board member of Boston University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree from the School of Management.

John Gannon

John Gannon is a general partner in our Boston office. John joined Polaris in June 1998. Prior to Polaris, John was chief financial officer of Firefly Network Inc., which was sold to Microsoft in 1998. Before Firefly Network, John held a number of positions at Powersoft Corporation, including chief financial officer and treasurer. During his tenure at Powersoft, from 1992 to 1995, the company grew annual sales from $21 million to over $200 million. John was instrumental in the company's successful initial public offering in 1993 and the sale to Sybase Corporation for $1 billion.John came to Powersoft from Trinzic Corporation, where he was chief financial officer, and Cullinet Software, Inc. where he held the positions of vice president of administration and treasurer. Prior to Cullinet, he was a certified public accountant for Coopers & Lybrand. Boards:</br>John represents Polaris on the boards of directors of Antenna Software, CodeRyte, Emo Labs, and WHI Solutions.
