We’re able to bring together James Beard Award nominated AAPI chefs with AAPI-owned wineries that are on the Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast Top 100 lists .” Joining the event will be Ron Acierto, sommelier at Ōkta, who will be guiding wine pairings. Ōkta is a James Beard Award semifinalist for Best New Restaurant.
