Ambassador's APEXamenity environment employs data analytics to identify a subset of an admitted hospital population that is likely to respond to a typical voluntary Patient Satisfaction survey AND likely to low-score the hospital. Hospital customers use the system to optimize their patient experience staff resources to perform focused and specific remediation efforts within this demographic prior to patient discharge. Depending on a particular hospital's base patient population, APEXamenity has improved 'top box' Patient Satisfaction scores in the target demographic between 16 and 45 percentage points resulting in financial and reputation benefits for the hospital.
