ShoreView Invests in Allover Media August 2022 The Partners of ShoreView are pleased to announce an investment in AllOver Media, LLC (“AllOver Media”). AllOver Media is a national provider of out of home (“OOH”) advertising execution and logistics services. The Company works with government agencies, companies and marketing agencies to simplify OOH ad placement, helping them place ads in optimal locations. AllOver has a network of 35,000+ venue partners across a variety of digital and traditional mediums including convenience stores, bars, wallscapes, grocery stores and transit. As a component of its growth strategy, AllOver will actively seek add-on acquisitions of OHH-focused companies with complementary service offerings or technologies. AllOver Media represents ShoreView’s fifth platform investment in its latest fund, ShoreView Capital Partners IV, L.P., which was activated in March 2020.
