Tweet Ubee Interactive , a developer of cable modem and other hardware products which has its U.S. headquarters in Denver, has acquired AirWalk Communications, a manufacturer of small cell and femtocell technology. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced by the company. AirWalk was venture backed by Alta Berkeley Venture Partners, Duchossois Technology Ventures, Korea Global IT Fund, Nedelco, Sevin Rosen Funds, and TL Ventures, and had raised around $45M for the firm. Ubee Interactive provides cable modems used for connecting users to cable data networks; the firm's global headquarters are in Taiwan.
