Charger Investment Partners Completes Acquisition of PerTronix LOS ANGELES, December 3, 2021-- Charger Investment Partners (“Charger”) announced today that one of its affiliates has completed the acquisition of PerTronix, LLC (“PerTronix”). As part of the transaction, PerTronix’s leadership team will remain in place.
