ChannelE2E by Ty Trumbull • Jan 6, 2019 ThreeBridge Solutions , a national IT solutions and consulting provider, has acquired 3sage Consulting  of Atlanta, Georgia. Financial terms were not  disclosed. Jim Kelly 3sage bills itself as a “strategic people, process, and technology transformation consultancy.” The company has operated for nine years, working with many of Atlanta’s Fortune 1000 businesses. In contrast, ThreeBridge of Minneapolis, Minnesota has over 600 consultants and 90 customers across the country. The company offers talent, training, and advice throughout its Business Transformation, Enterprise Cloud, Digital, Smart Data, and Boom Lab solutions. In a prepared statement about the deal, ThreeBridge CEO Jim Kelly said: “[3sage’s] reputation for quality delivery and thought leadership in the enterprise data space, combined with our ability to scale nationally across a broader solution set, creates a very strong offering for our clients and consultants,” said Kelly. Added 3sage Founder and CEO Rick Young: “This couldn’t be a better fit, and we are beyond excited about the future of ThreeBridge in Atlanta.” ThreeBridge has M&A experience. The company previously acquired BlueLine Associates, a national process, people, and technology transformation consultancy.
