16Fours is a business management and marketing platform for home rental owners. Our name comes from one the founder’s own experiences with hosting. Her wifi password was 16Fours (4, 4, 4, 4...) At first she had trouble communicating the password, but soon realized that it always got a chuckle at checkin - a bonding moment. It became symbolic of the hosting experience. Theres a lot to learn, but once youve got it, the rewarding experience of making guests happy is addicting. Our product automates the repeatable tasks and communications of the service workflow. With 16Fours handling the "boring bits", hosts can focus on the guest experience. Our product enables hosts to monetize additional offerings in their home, attract more guests and provide upgraded experiences for all travelers. Hosts need to streamline their operational processes to be more professional and consistent.
